The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. I spent a few quiet days. Seeing the sunrise and sunset there is amazing. It has good access to one of the best beaches in Rincón. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything for a few days of vacation. I've been twice and would go back many more times.

This is a magical place close to many go to places including beaches, restaurants, tours and local amenities. James places has a great view and direct access pool and beach. Than you James for sharing your place.

Gina’s place was perfect for our family retreat. Waking up to the ocean waves and watching the beautiful sunset from the terrace was priceless. It is walking distance to one of the few beaches where you can swim ( most beaches around are for surfing). The place was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

An accessible ramp leads to the entrance of the property, surrounded by lush greenery and decorative plants. The pathway is paved and flanked by vibrant blue railings, creating a welcoming approach to the unique structure in the background.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy. Appliances were new and up to date, the furniture was clean, the beds comfortable, and there wasn't anything that was missing. The attention to detail that has gone into making the apartment feel like home is noteworthy. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were all great things to have for a beach day. The apartment is close to all the shops and restaurants and the parking space was great to have. My parents and I loved staying at this apartment and we were sad to leave.

We were in Puerto Rico for a family wedding and needed a place convenient to the area with space to accommodate. The location worked perfectly, loved that the place was so clean and having the use of the pool was great. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend. Everything is as shown in the photos. Mr. Raymond is very helpful, responsible and kind. The place is super quiet but close to many places of interest. In fact, we visited Rincon, Aguadilla and Aguada. It's a beautiful place and we are very grateful for your attention. We'll definitely be back.

Very clean and nice. The facilities are excellent for the whole family. The play area is well laid out and tidy. The pool is beautiful, the water is warm and fresh. It has a heater, laundry area. The host was always attentive when we wrote to him and he answered us kindly. The truth is that we hope to return soon and it is totally recommended.

Hector’s place is just as advertised, decorated with an island touch - perfect for a solo or couple’s retreat. It’s a 2 min drive to the beach and 5 mins drive to town where a lot of restaurants are located. Theres also an art fair in town and salsa at the dugout bar on Thursdays, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed! Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Rincón, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The only thing we noticed was that there wasn’t an iron available, but otherwise, everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
