Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Luxuriöses Erholungsdomizil mit traumhaften Panoramablick auf See & Berge. Absolute Alleinlage. Im Winter müssen die letzten ca. 300 Meter zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Im Winter keine Auffahrt mit Auto möglich. Der Aufstieg wird mit absoluter Ruhe belohnt. Der Parkplatz ist aus Sicherheitsgründen Videoüberwacht.
