We enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was as described. Very well located for numerous hiking opportunities. Absolutely quiet location. On the last evening, two fawns walked through the tranquil garden with their mother and spent several minutes romping there!!! Pure proximity to nature. We liked the view of the "Karawankenpromenade" very much. We enjoyed the stay and would come back at any time. The town of Velden is also beautiful and offers numerous shopping opportunities as well as delicious restaurants. Everything is located on the great Wörthersee, which almost offered a Caribbean ambience (water color was actually turquoise!!). All in all: a great place to stay, there is something for every taste. 🤩

A private terrace features two round, black wicker chairs with soft cushions, positioned beside a small table. The view includes trees and distant mountains, with sunlight casting shadows on the surface. The railing offers an unobstructed perspective of the surrounding area.

Arrived and felt like home! The house is well divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a no longer good mattress within a day. Great that we were allowed to use everything, we almost would have inflated the bike. Due to the fact that there is only one bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, you could hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, olsters and pillows are not optimal, next time we will prevent medication, because we would like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

The hosts are very courteous and eager, we arrived a little later, was not an issue. Highlighted is the quiet but central location, we traveled with our dog, so the fenced garden was very great. Restaurant, spar, etc. all within walking distance, lake for walking anyway. There were 4 of us four on the road, our own fine house for us alone, absolutely pleasant, enough space available, everything you need is there. Accommodation is definitely recommended

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.
