The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It extends over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.
