Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Enjoy quiet days with the whole family in the countryside. The approx. 95 m² fully furnished apartment is also suitable for those passing through and assembly workers. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Spend the night in the most beautiful surroundings of Amberg. Close to the city and yet in nature on the beautiful Mariahilfberg. Only a 15-minute walk to the city center or 10 minutes to the mountain church. Enjoy the view over Amberg and use our comfortably equipped apartment. Thanks to Thoma's "Holz100 construction," you also benefit from a unique indoor climate. Our apartment is absolutely barrier-free and has one bedroom with a pine double bed.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In-law apartment with lake view

In addition to the beautiful open-plan living, cooking, and dining area, our guest apartment comes standard with 1 separate bedroom (1.80-m double bed) plus 1 separate bathroom with shower and washing machine. Optionally, it is also possible to request a second bedroom (also with a 71-inch (1.80 m) double bed) for an additional fee. This second bedroom can be accessed via a sliding door in the living room.
