Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

It is in a quiet residential street but just two minutes from a major shopping street and UBahn station.
