Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung 2 für drei Personen. Vorhanden sind Wohnzimmer sowie separates Schlafzimmer, modernes Bad und Einbauküche. Die Einbauküche verfügt über alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs wie Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN und Nutzung Waschmaschine sowie Trockner sind im Preis enthalten. Für alle Hotels, Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen und Einzelunterkünften gilt: Eine vom Land Berlin erhobene City-Tax (analog Kurtaxe) beträgt 7,5 % der Übernachtungskosten und ist vom Vermieter einzunehmen und an das Land Berlin zu entrichten. Der Betrag wird Ihnen gesondert ausgewiesen und ist bei Anreise in bar zu entrichten. Wenn Sie auf Ihre tägliche Sporteinheit nicht verzichten möchten, bieten sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ausreichend Gelegenheiten für eine Laufeinheit. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, dass Freibad am Insulaner in der Nachbarschaft zu besuchen. Unser schönes Apartment befindet sich in ruhiger Lage der Canovastraße mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Dennoch verweilen Sie in Berlin-Schöneberg in noch zentraler Lage. Der Bus hält vor der Tür und bringt Sie auch im Nachtverkehr innerhalb weniger Minuten zur U-Bahn und zur S-Bahn. Sie erreichen ohne weiteres Umsteigen in Kürze die City West und auch die City Ost. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bäcker befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Die zweitgrößte Einkaufsmeile Berlins, die Schloßstraße, erreichen Sie in fünf Minuten. In Berlin besteht seit dem 01.01.2008 die Umweltzone. Durch die günstige Anbindung auch an die Stadtautobahn kann eine Anreise mit dem PKW jedoch ohne Plakette erfolgen. Ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz steht auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Für weitere Gäste sind kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this airy and light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building.
