Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Included in the price is the tourist tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays), you will receive the KONUS card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking spaces in Freiburg.

In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). In addition, the apartment includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cabin.

Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Die Besonderheit ist wirklich die Lage in zweiter Reihe zum HBF, der einladende Balkon und die hochwertige neue Einrichtung. Hier fehlt es Ihnen an nichts. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche (Kaffeemaschine von Dolce Gusto) bis hin zum Weinkühlschrank.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.
