The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Great place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas stove, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, barbecue area. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Swimming and fishing in the lake are possible. Mosquitoes unfortunately present.

Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Light-flooded, spacious studio apartment right in the pedestrian zone of Bad Waldsee, right next to the Italian ice cream parlor, the bakery and restaurants. Here children can live it up, there would be room to dance and rest. There are two large beds and a fold-out sofa bed in a very large room. The simpler kitchen helps for small hunger. The bathroom is new. On foot you can reach the city lake with outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and playgrounds, cinema, restaurants and cafes.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

All as described, very quiet and nice seating area in front of the entrance. The kitchen has everything you need, and the fridge has plenty of space. The only drawback: very poor mobile phone reception, but the host can't help it.

Rural surroundings, beautiful views, proactive, accommodating hostess. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very well equipped studio with rural and quiet location. Michael personally welcomed us and gave us some tips for the area. Due to the fact that the Airbnb is an annex of your house, you always had a direct contact person. By car, we were able to quickly reach many beautiful places on Lake Constance from Tettnang. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and used the perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking every evening. We would highly recommend the Airbnb by Michael and his wife, whether for winter or summer holidays!
