Walk to Sunset Point Beach along the beautiful trails. This newly renovated suite offers a small kitchenette with all you need to cook simple meals while relaxing with Netflix by the fire.

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Nikki’s family cottage is truly a gem outside of the city. I stayed in her property for a quick 3 day solo R&R with my dog. This was the perfect property for my dog to play around and let out his zoomies. Also, there were so many spots in the property to lounge around with my glass of wine in hand. The river was perfectly shallow for me to walk on the rocks, with my water shoes, ofcourse. The cottage was clean and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with all your needs and they’ve got plenty of throwback DVD movies to choose from. Nikki’s house manual and rules were very clear and easy to follow. She was also quick to reply back when needed, leaving me not to worry. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Nikki + Family!

My teenage daughter and I stayed at Wendy’s place last weekend and we had a great stay. Wendy’s place is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need for a weekend away. We also appreciated Wendy’s thoughtful welcome treat left for us on the table when we arrived. With only a 15 minute drive to scandinave spa, and a short drive to downtown collingwood, the location was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy!

We stayed at Dianna’s place while we were in Collingwood and the accommodate was even better than the photos! Her place had everything we needed and more. We only stayed a couple nights but it’s set up for long term stays as well. The location was 5 minutes from the water and a 6 minute drive to the downtown core. I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Collingwood.

Stacy's place was bigger than the pics make it look, and very clean. Complimentary snacks and water were a nice touch. Stacy was very responsive and a great host. Great value for money. The surrounding area is gorgeous - we were only there one night, but would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt special — the apartment was beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming, with softly lit scented candles already creating a cozy atmosphere. We were also greeted with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, cookies, and yogurts for breakfast — such a kind and generous gesture! The place itself is quiet and peaceful, and enjoying morning coffee by the little lake with the fish was simply magical. This stay made our weekend unforgettable. My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

Erics place was great for the weekend. Just outside of town to keep it a quiet place but close enough so you could go explore collingwood. Sauna is a great addition. Place was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
