The guests have the entire middle floor at their complete disposal. The lower floor is temporarily occupied by the owner as long as no guests are present. In addition, the entire property (approx. 1 hectare) is available. This is completely fenced. There is also a swimming pond, which invites you to swim in the summer. The wood-heated bathtub and barrel sauna are also exclusively available for the guests. The apartment and the entire property are entirely yours. If you have any questions, I am reachable by phone. It may happen that necessary work is carried out in the garden (e.g. snow removal). The small town of Schönwald with 2400 inhabitants is in the heart of the Black Forest. It is one of the most idyllic corners of this natural paradise and is known for its pleasant climate. The Feissenhof is located just under two kilometers outside Schönwald. In Schönwald you will find all the facilities for your daily needs and the tourist information. In the northern neighboring village of Triberg are Germany's highest waterfalls as well as a train station with connection to the Black Forest Railway. Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist der Hotpot und die Sauna auf Anfrage. Hotpot 90.— (Einheizen dauert ca 6 Std.), Sauna 20.—Euro/ Stunde und muss bei Ankunft bezahlt werden. W-Lan, Radio, TV, Plattenspieler, Pizzaofen wird mit Gästen der Schiffsanlegestelle geteilt.

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

The newly renovated Chalet Noir is located in Hinterzarten, an idyllic high air spa at an altitude of 1000 m. Free on a hillside on a mountain stream in direct proximity to the Thoma ski lifts and the legendary eagle ski jumping. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterised by dense forests , wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious moor with hiking trails and a golf course . In the winter, a cross-country ski network with floodlight runs and a nature ice rink.
