The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

An ecologically sustainable new wooden house is looking for friendly residents. Modern, comfortably equipped and with everything you need to really relax. Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. For a few days there has also been an outdoor sauna, which serves for relaxation after an extensive hike.

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.

Steinnock Chalet-Small chalet with open fireplace

Our small chalet is quietly located in the middle of the Nockberge. It is only a 1-minute drive to the Brunnach Biosphere Park cable car. An open fireplace in the living area and stylish furnishings invite you to spend cozy hours in the chalet. The log cabin has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1,4 meters) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
