Beachfront vacation rentals in São Paulo

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And I couldn't have found a better place than Darius' house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we can see how much love is put into every little piece of that place. And being there in isolation, just you and the sea, there are no words. The staff was super attentive, helped us carry our things on our arrival (and we brought a lot of food), Ninha came from far away just to prepare our breakfast. My oldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Neapolitan pizzas he makes so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a Norwegian couple, all of whom were extremely satisfied. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

For those who like quiet and quiet this condominium is ideal, because in the front of the condominium the beach is as private, with few people and without major movements. Host Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, he responded to messages as quickly as he could. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is amazing. It's worth it and when I get a new opportunity I'll come back.

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful silence, where we only heard the birds in the morning. The house is extremely clean and complete. Gustavo is great! The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is spacious and super airy. The beach and otima, calm and sandy for children to have fun. The people who assisted us in the house during the stay, Gracinha and Helena were of extreme care and attention. The condominium was quite agitated and with a lot of movement. We had a last week.

Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!
