I loved the apartment! Everything is very new and close to the beach. Not to mention the incredible view of the sea.

In addition to the comfort and good location, the building has a great structure, very useful on rainy days.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

As we went in low season, they were able to meet our request for flexibility in check-in and check-out. I highly recommend the apartment!

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). It met our expectations, easy access location, close to the beach, spacious garage. I recommend it for a weekend, a quiet place, with a barbecue area. I went with my wife and we enjoyed it, and a nice touch is that it accepts small dogs. It has a TV, but it doesn't have the apps updated due to the model, we watched the local channels, but nothing that affected us.

We spent a very pleasant work day holiday. Excellent location, next to the beach in the right corner, ensuring tranquility. Beach equipment was set up every day by the condominium staff. Flat very well equipped and clean, with a parking space for a car and the possibility of getting pet. Very attentive hosts. I certainly hope to repeat the stay and have the opportunity to refer.

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

Excellent flat and location, with all amenities. Impeccable Kitchen, excellent gourmet area, great bed linens and bathrooms. Large and airborne apartment. Great air conditioning. Perfect for a family who wants to spend a weekend or holiday. And with all the amenities of Fasano (cost by part for access to the hotel's gym, SPA and pool): restaurants, shops and market. Verussa is hyper attentive and worries that there is nothing missing from the stay. Very solicitous and friendly. And the helper Neide is an extra Plus!

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

We really like it! We went as a family and spent a weekend. The house is very good, well-equipped and organized. Everything was clean and the space was very good. Large rooms, large bathrooms, very good outdoor space - we use the pizza oven and the barbecue - bita differential. The location is great, quiet condominium and always had security passing on the streets, we feel very safe. Besides everything, it is a few meters from the beach, very quiet to walk. The host also always responded quickly and gave us all the information clearly. We also asked to enter 2 hours earlier and he authorized it. It was really worth it. Would recommend!
