Vacation rentals with beach access in São Paulo

Being able to see the sunrise was the highlight of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

The stay was excellent! The apartment was spotless, clean, well organized and exactly as shown in the photos. Cozy atmosphere, well maintained and with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Super recommend and would definitely return!

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the listing, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, just like the photos. The location is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Apartment just like the photos, cozy and impeccably clean. The condominium is wonderful, with kind and helpful staff. A very peaceful place, a lovely family atmosphere, great location for shopping, both the market and the winery. I recommend it to everyone and hope to return more often

The flat is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we walked in, we could smell the cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is incredible, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes it much easier to pack. We will definitely return!

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Everything was perfect and as described. Renato was great as well. Would highly recommend!

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You can also enter the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of the frenetic routine we have. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to access the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely come back more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

This is our second time staying here. We loved the space and will definitely be back again.

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

The accommodation is excellent, not only according to the listing, but beyond. It was a pleasant surprise to find a water purifier and a full kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Although we brought our coffee machine and utensils, there are several models of coffee makers in the house, which we did not use. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained. The living room and kitchen are spacious, both impeccable.

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with an impeccable view. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

My stay at Sônia's house was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful and kind host throughout the experience. The place is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend Sônia's accommodation and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, with great accommodations, and very clean. We recommend it for those who want to spend days of peace and rest. The view from the apartment is spectacular.

The best airbnb I've ever met. Clean, organized, and lindaooo!!!! What good taste there is who decorated this apt!!!! Congratulations. There is a furniture that is a swing, right in the living room!!!! the beds are all comfortable. I like to sleep with TV, so my husband and I stayed with the bedroom that has two single beds. Two large rooms (I loved this) and a smaller one, all suites!!! both the bedroom window and the glass door of the room, even closed look like the frame of a picture of the immense blue sea, I'm so in love with the place that at that moment I'm still here because I took another 5 days!!! hahahahaha Thank You ( I'm Fernanda's wife of Murilo)
