The Jacuzzi works all year round, water temperature around 40 degrees. A vast yard with cherry trees and greenery. There's a barbecue. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. There's a store in the village for the most necessary things. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with wonderful drinking water from the mountain.
