The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

Nancy was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay in her lovely home. Our bathroom was really nice as were the treats she left us for breakfast both in the fridge and fruit etc. We would have no hesitation staying there again. While the property is near a busy road because the bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden it was very peaceful. Parking was also convenient and safe.

True to name - charming indeed! Super great place to stay, so well maintained. Great location with the tram stop right outside. Elin is sweet, kind, understanding and helpful. She has great taste and the decor speaks for that. I felt safe and well taken care of. Will definitely recommend this stay for first time visitors to the UK especially. You’ll get a great crash course on life here!
