We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

A very good place to rest

What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Nathalie was an excellent host she met us at the property to give us the keys and told us all about the place. She also gave us a list of restaurants and places to visit while we were there. She was responsive and easy to get ahold of.

The property in Punta Cana is well-located, offering a convenient and enjoyable stay. The house was clean upon arrival, and the rooms appeared even more appealing in person than in the photos.

Fantastic roomy apartment on a beautiful beach! Highly recommended. The host Ulyana was really helpful, attentive, friendly, and eager to make our vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. This spacious and well decorated apartment is better than the pictures with just a short walk to the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach. This apartment is in a safe and secure gated neighborhood adjacent some nice resorts. We had a rental car which made trips for groceries, dining, and sightseeing easy. Ulyana gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for us to prepare food there easily also. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. It felt like paradise!

A beautiful two story house. It has so much to offer just in walking distance. The beach is one minute walk away. Great restaurants and shops just 5 minutes from the house. Me and my family loved this place. We wish we could have stayed there longer. Definitely recommend it. We will be back. Thank you Laura and team for everything!

A beautiful, quiet place, as shown in the photos. The tour guides easily came to us ☺️ About 25 minutes from the airport and 15 from Coco Bongo.

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Vista Cana! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. Each guest had their own private bathroom, which made for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, and the amenities of Vista Cana (man made beach, restaurants, and beach bar with a DJ!) The villa is also very well-located, with easy access to nearby downtown (only a few minutes away). The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and was there whenever something came up. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. Close to bars and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Very modern unit with impeccable design. Well kept property that was awesome. Host was amazing and I would highly recommend this unit. I will definitely be back.

Loved it! Literally a 3 minute walk right to the beach! The complex is secure and in the middle to the action. It is right next to the restaurant JellyFish ( for reference). The apartment was straight to the point; clean and comfortable. I was allowed Early check in and late checkout For a fee which was fabulous! We also used the pool which was super Refreshing ! The only think I would suggest to the host is that they should have hand soap For the bathroom. Thank you
