Apartment vacation rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

Beautiful apartment close to everything you need: beach, pool, supermarket and restaurants. It is very clean and safe. Electricity was very reasonable, around $20 for 5 nights (AC on at night). Highly recommend! Only problem was finding the front entrance like others have mentioned. It is right next to Stanza Mare (called Navío).

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

Liz was by far the best host I've had yet. She went above and beyond to assist my family, from arranging transportation for my birthday dinner to getting an unforeseeable issue we had fixed despite the time of evening. Her condo has an amazing view with easy beach and pool access. Go ahead and book with her, you won't regret it.

Great place to stay. Swimming pool, Olympic sized, just a few steps away and beach a one minute slow walk. Unbelievable place, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were always available when needed. We will definitely return.

Superbe condo, extra propre. Salle de bains et douches dans chaque chambres a couché. Cuisine super bien équipé, balcon équipé d'un BBQ et accessoire de plage disponible (cooler , ballon, ect ...) Le site est trés bien sécurisé et tout le personnel est gentils. Maxim et Yves répondait rapidement à nos questions et était soucieux de notre bien-être. A moins de deux minutes de la plage. Je recommande fortement ce coin de paradis !!!

The penthouse was absolutely BEAUTIFUL — very clean, modern, and stocked with so many great amenities! Anastasiia was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. She gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and was so kind and welcoming. I would love to stay again if she would have me!

What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

One of the best vacation destinations we’ve been to. This is an AMAZING location on the beachfront Playa Turquesa with glorious white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, 4 pools, top notch food and great drinks, within 5 min walking distance. The ZEN indoors ambiance with large size and nicely decorated rooms, wifi and fully equipped kitchen, a big plus for for my 9 years old picky eater, made out stay very pleasant and relaxing. This trip was just the best. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

We really loved our stay at Stanza Mare with Thierry Michel- the area is safe, access to a private beach was wonderful. It felt safe- there are cameras and security guards. Restaurants and grocery stores are walking distance. The pool is great. Staff are friendly. The appointment is well loved so not fancy and they are honest about that. It had what we needed for our time in Punta Cana. Gracias!

This was our first time staying in an airbnb in DR and we loved it. The location was great - the balcony had an amazing view of the pool and the private beach was just a few minute walk through the beautifully kept grounds. There was also a cute restaurant on the beach as well that was very convenient to grab a drink or bite to eat! We loved spending our mornings on the white sand looking out at the ocean. There were several mini markets with groceries and alcohol a 5-10 minute walk away as well as tons of amazing resteraunts. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and the airbnb. The unit itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including for our toddler! It was super clean and very spacious. Our host was very communicative and made checking in super easy. We had an amazing trip and stay here and will definitely be back, hopefully for longer next time!

Kaynndra place was just what family were looking for to enjoy a great time. The most important part to me is that you do not need a car to go to restaurants, beach, grocery or to find entertainment. everything is with 3 to 10 minutes walk.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in Punta Cana for 6 days, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The ambience was wonderful – peaceful, well-kept, and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning, very well managed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was a great touch. Since it was outdoors, we occasionally found some dead mosquitoes inside, but the host was extremely responsive and always quick to clean it whenever we reached out. The residence also had three restaurants, all of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed – the food and service were top-notch. We also loved the artificial beach and the multiple pools available on the property – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of thanks to our amazing host, who was always available and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

Excellent location close to downtown and minutes from the very beautiful Los Corales area. Space is gorgeous , the yard and pool just absolutely beautiful. The hot tub did not work , almost gave this a 4 start review but it’s really a lovely place , zero complaints other wise .
