The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Βρίσκεται στο Νυδρί κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο Λευκάδας Βασιλικής κάνοντας έτσι την πρόσβασή σας πάρα πολύ εύκολη και ξεκούραστη. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο του Νυδριού είναι 300 μέτρα και της θάλασσας είναι μόλις 800 μέτρα έτσι ώστε να μπορείτε να μετακινήστε ξεκούραστα με τα πόδια χωρίς προβλήματα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.
