Vacation rentals with lake access in Stanly County

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

Jaime's home was great and matched their listing page to the T. The house sets in a beautiful location of Badin Lake, within a cul-de-sac and was very quiet. Nothing negative to write about our stay and definitely recommend! May revisit in the future. 😊

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

We used the place for a songwriting retreat. The wide open living spaces are great for group activities. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my team. It was me and 8 ladies from my worship team. The only complaint they gave me was that it was hard for 6 people to share 1 bathroom, but they all really enjoyed the stay.

The house was great and the views spectacular. Of course it was Thanksgiving and it was cold, but the lake was peaceful. The driveway is very steep and was difficult to park , even with a truck.

This place was the perfect lake getaway for 2 families of 4. Kate was very responsive and the house was very well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our family trip. Everything that was needed for the house was provided and then some! Check-in & check out was easy. Very quiet & peaceful with a great view. I would recommend this house 10/10.

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

I had a fantastic stay at Brett’s Airbnb in Charlotte NC. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and check-in was seamless. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to everything I needed. Although I didn’t meet Brett in person, communication was clear and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

Lisa and David were exceptional hosts. Lisa communicated with me many months prior to my father’s stay and was exceptionally kind. She went as far as to speak with me on the phone. The home was immaculate and the style was current with clean lines, plush pillows and was extremely inviting. The area in which the home is located is safe, quiet and private. Access to town (as my father cannot drive) was perfect walking distance to coffee shop, diner, restaurants, town green, library and the college campus. Perfect stay. Perfect hosts.

Rob is an incredible host. Anyone looking for a convenient, hygienic and friendly stay should definitely check out Rob's house. The Uni., stores, restaurants, and public transport are all easily accessible. Riding Rob's bikes on trails, around lake, and to the eateries was the most enjoyable activity. I would definitely want to head back to his place. Thank you Rob!!

Booked this apartment for a work trip as my office is right down the street. Very nice place

One of my favorite air bnb experiences. Incredibly clean, great atmosphere and amenities, I was more than comfortable. Only thing I would mention is there is construction across the street, but it didn’t bother me much, and if you work from home, there’s plenty of quieter common space areas: Incredible value, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This lake house was just perfect! From beginning to end, the stay was awesome. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. We looooved the outdoor space! Beautiful deck with lots of sitting room, lights, and fans. The hot tub was so awesome! Super nice fire pit area. A nice dock extending into deep lake water. We visited several local towns around the lake and were blown away with how friendly everyone was. We got all of our groceries at Perry’s Produce, a local produce stand; including meats and even butter and coffee creamer. We went to a vineyard nearby, and Morrow Mountain Stare Park for a beautiful hike with breathtaking views of the mountains. The area and the beautiful, cozy house with lots of amenities made this lake vacation one of the best we’ve had!

We had such a great time at Brad’s lake house! It felt spacious for our family of 4 and was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and down by the water. Loved the blackout curtains to keep out the light when needed. Beds were comfortable. And of course, we enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit! A very peaceful getaway to spend time with our family. We will be back again! One thing I will mention…. Closest groceries stores are 30 min out! I would suggest getting food on your way in!

What a great location! The house was clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the dock or in the kayaks (2 one-seater kayaks and life vests of all sizes are provided). Christopher was quick to answer if I messaged with any questions, and was a pleasure to interact with. Zero complaints! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay and would return! Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and quiet. The house was very clean and just the right size for a family. We wish we had time to take the kayaks out, but enjoyed the swings and stargazing on the dock. We took advantage of the restaurant recommendations and were pleasantly surprised. Close enough we were able to spend a day at the NC zoo and also enjoy the lake.

We had such a wonderful time at Linda’s home! The spot couldn’t be more beautiful, we used the kayaks multiple times and my dog was very comfortable in her home. It’s well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal, and the beds were all very comfortable. Would love to come back!

This place was the best “staycation” for us as we only live 30 minutes away but we wanted to “live the lake life” for a week! I know that lake like the back of my hand but seeing it from waking up to the sunrise on from beautiful back porch views to taking in the sunset and after dark on the dock fishing til I can’t fish anymore, nothing beats living on the lake even if it was for a week. Enjoying the lake while staying on the lake beats everything there ever could be, and this house is perfect for it! The yard is perfect for the dogs and the neighbors are so nice! The house has plenty of room for what you need as most of the time is spent outside! Loved every bit of it
