Jim’s place was awesome! We have stayed at several homes in the area over the past few years and his is definitely our most favorite. Perfect getaway for our family. The house was great and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was peaceful, especially at night with the lights and the hot tub. We had our adult sons with us and we could not hear them moving around and watching TV while we were sleeping, the house is sound proof! I did have to sweep off the back patio furniture when we arrived, it didn't look like that had been done in a while, or it might have just been from a storm - no big deal, the broom was easy to find. The house is older, with a nice mid-century modern vibe - very cozy. I would stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed Arielle’s Place! The home was simply beautiful with loads of amenities! From a beautifully stocked coffee bar and kitchen to fresh clean linens and towels we really felt at home. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and assessable which means a lot. There’s lots of things to do at Arielle’s Place for all ages, from a children’s playroom, to an outdoor playground and trampoline this home has it all! There was even a outdoor fire pit, pool table and hot tub! Last, feeding the fish was a very nice touch! My family looked forward to feeding them in the mornings! Arielle’s Place was money well spent! My family looks forward to our next visit here. It’s a home away from home!

Close Yet Private: Epic Location, Pool & Hot Tub!

The house was in a wonderful, more established neighborhood. It was close to the venue we were in town to attend. Even though the pool and hot tub were older, they were in good shape and we really enjoyed them. The kitchen was totally updated and very easy to maneuver. The bedrooms were nice, but the bathrooms were older and could use some updating, especially the one in the master bedroom. The checkout instructions could be updated - it referred to baskets in bedroom closets for used linens, towels, etc., but weren't there. The garbage was to be taken outside and put in a receptacle, but here wasn't one. There was a garbage receptacle in the garage. All in all, I think this would be a great place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Charlotte.

The place was amazing booked it for my wifes bday and our anniversary the pictures do not compare at all the place looks even more amazing in person it was very clean it was very peaceful being there Ranin was very pleasant to deal with and communicated back and forth almost immediately with any questions or concerns i had the pool and hot tub couldve used a little cleaning but it was just opened for the season so im sure itll get the attention it needed overall the place was amazing i 100% plan on coming back to this place

Matt's place was absolutely beautiful. It was just as described and communication was excellent. There is so many amenities in the house. Great Coffee area, King bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful and quite. House was clean. We loved staying there and would highly recommend and would stay there again.
