Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Stanly County

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

We used the place for a songwriting retreat. The wide open living spaces are great for group activities. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my team. It was me and 8 ladies from my worship team. The only complaint they gave me was that it was hard for 6 people to share 1 bathroom, but they all really enjoyed the stay.

The house was great and the views spectacular. Of course it was Thanksgiving and it was cold, but the lake was peaceful. The driveway is very steep and was difficult to park , even with a truck.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our family trip. Everything that was needed for the house was provided and then some! Check-in & check out was easy. Very quiet & peaceful with a great view. I would recommend this house 10/10.

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

Our stay at the Blue Heron Bungalow was great! It was as described. The home is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The bed was super comfy and the sheets and pillows were top notch. The view from the master bedroom was really pretty. We loved visiting Stony mountain winery and the Five Points restaurant was great. We also ate at Tillery Tradition which was very good and a nice atmosphere. Next time we will bring our golf clubs. Thanks to our host and hostess for being so responsive and providing a wonderful experience!

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

Terrell was an awesome host! He is very kind, responsive and helpful. His place was beautiful and is a great option for individuals or small groups of 2 or 3 who are attending events in the local Charlotte area. I definitely recommend booking with him!

My son and I loved the condo. It was so clean and very welcoming. Jose was very friendly and provided clear instructions for check in. Next time we come to Charlotte, this will definitely be my first pick for a place to stay.

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! Our family of six (including kids ages 7-17) had an amazing spring break stay at Tom and Janice's. The farm was our home base for a couple of college tours, and it could not have been more peaceful. We loved watching the river rush by from the deck, wandering aroud the beautiful walking paths, kayaking on the pond, and enjoying the cabin. The cabin itself was impossibly clean and stocked with everything we needed, and Tom and Janice were incredibly responsive. We enjoyed eggs and beef from their farm, and Tom was kind enough to take us on a tour and teach us about regenerative farming. We also loved ziplining at nearby Richland Creek Canopy Tours and eating at The Table in Asheboro. I highly recommend this special place.

I had an issue at check in and Carolyn was delightful and extremely responsive in helping me get it resolved. We accidentally left some important items and she also helped us get them shipped back to us. On top of how beautiful the lake and the property is, it was a wonderful stay!

Postcard cabins was an amazing stay! It was our second time visiting and it definitely won’t be our last. We stayed here because of how close it is to the zoo (NC zoo is the best zoo in the world). We also went to some new restaurants that weren’t there last time we visited. (The Table is the best breakfast/pastry restaurant.) we enjoyed the cleanliness and peacefulness of our cabin and couldn’t wait to come back and take a nap after a long day at the zoo. The beds were so comfy and we enjoyed stopping at the local Walmart , buying some games and coming back to play them until 2 am . I would recommend these cabins to anyone visiting the area! Also, it was nice that the team remembered us visiting last year and left us a kind note when we walked in the door thanking us for coming back ! Just all around a great place to stay!

Our group certainly enjoyed our stay! We were within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to experience while in Charlotte. The home was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We certainly would book again if we were to visit Charlotte again!

Peaceful location just minutes from hiking trailheads. We enjoyed the firepit, listening to the birds, the cozy bed, and the fantastic outdoor shower. We hope to return sometime.
