The Eco Cottage was a perfect, tiny gem tucked away in the middle of the beautiful green woods. It was so private, peaceful, and serene. It truly felt like my own little retreat and since I was there to go on a retreat, this was the perfect place to lay my head at night. I loved walking the trails and wow, the pool, which looked so inviting (even if it was a bit too chilly to use this time!). Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hosts checked in regularly but gave me my privacy. I really enjoyed my stay SO MUCH and will absolutely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We were visiting Poughkeepsie for our daughter’s graduation and wanted a hassle free place to stay so we could focus on the momentous occasion. Anne and Tosso’s place was perfect - away from the city and yet connected to salons and local restaurants - and self-sufficient. In no time, we found ourselves enjoying the tall trees, the walkways, the hammock, the friendly deer visits and the various nooks and corners of their extremely spacious and comfortable home. We had the absolute best stay at Jeanie’s home! It was beautiful, spacious, and so well decorated, and the property couldn’t be more peaceful. The chickens and ducks in the backyard were so fun to watch, and really made the stay so magical. Jeanie was so helpful too, with lots of local recommendations and made our whole trip so easy! The house oozes with charm and character, and we couldn’t have loved it more!
