This lovingly converted grade II listed farmhouse barn provides open-plan luxury accommodation ideal for families and friends. The property is 18th Century and retains most of its original charms throughout (including vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, internal stone walls), while offering the luxuries of 21st Century living. It also benefits from a spacious garden, terrace area and countryside views. Located 25 minutes west of Oxford within easy reach of the stunning Cotswold experience. We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.
