Welcome to our Scandinavian cabin, set in a leafy glade where squirrels, hedgehogs, hares, wild ducks and pheasants roam safely. Explore the grounds & enjoy the peace. Private free parking on site. Continental breakfast included. There are two single beds in the cabin . There is space to pitch a 2 person tent next to the cabin at £20.00 per night. There are two fabulous pubs in the village; one with a Michelin "Bib Gourmand" Sorry, we are unsuitable for children. Just 2 miles from the A1.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Rural, isolated and private, with only the sheep and goats to watch you! Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Lovely studio, has its own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors in the room. Recently added a shower in the studio so it is completely self contained now. Small kitchen area with sink and a full size fridge, and a washing machine if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required. Smoking is not allowed throughout the property .

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. Good spot with a good pub nearby. It’s a large studio with a double bed, sofa and kitchenette and a large separate shower room. Had everything we needed (including easy to control heating, a tv with all the streaming services and an Apple smart speaker; beers and milk in the fridge) and was well priced.

Lisa and her family were very welcoming. Description of property very accurate, very comfy / cosy stay. Entrance to location a little difficult to pull in and pull out, but does not mark down. Family dogs, and farm animals all very exciting and friendly, Lisa was wonderful with our toddler and happy to show and tell the animals. Will return for our next trip past!

We found the Quirky chapel made for an ideal pitstop on our roadtrip up North. The property was very well appointed and we loved the sense of fun with the decor. Emma was very helpful during our stay, and replied to our messages very promptly. We'd definitely go back next time were passing.

A soft, plush sheep toy is positioned on a beige carpet, adding a playful touch to the room. Behind it, a wooden dresser with three drawers and decorative handles rests against the wall, accompanied by a simple mirror atop the dresser reflecting the cozy space.

Such a beautiful cottage. Sally really has thought of everything to make it a home from home. It was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. She went above and beyond, providing little extras and even a gift for our dog which was gratefully received. Lots of helpful info provided for the local area and walks etc, which is so valuable when visiting somewhere new. So happy to have found this beautiful, tranquil place. We will visit again.

We were here for a family occasion, the house was ideal, comfortable, very clean and well kitted out. However during our stay an emergency arose and we needed to prolong our stay. Joe was so kind, helpful and accomodating it made all the difference.
