Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.
