Very friendly and responsive hosts. Gite corresponding to our needs despite the small heating problem, maybe we were the first tenants of the season. 😉 magnificent view of the cottage and very beautiful area. Perfect snow and sun present.

It is not a surprise that Philippe has great reviews - he is an amazing host, responsive, friendly and helpful, and his apartment is just great. looks exactly like on the pictures, we loved it!!! Looking forward to coming to your great place again!

We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide :).

Beautiful lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Especially great are the outdoor area overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, barbecue, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the street that goes directly past the house on the other side. It's not busy, but if, the cars come quickly. Caution is advised with small children.

Livia’s apartment suited my teenage daughter and I really well. It is on the third floor of a small block of apartments, an easy and pleasant walk to the lifts up to the ski area via a small woodland. Lovely brand new bathroom with an excellent shower as well as a very good washer dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice views from the balcony out into fields and then up to the mountains . Livia was really friendly and responsive and also very flexible as we navigated the disruptions of a big snow storm. Recommended!

This is our 3rd year staying here and we have such a lovely time every time. Can't wait to return.

Pleasant experience in Samantha's house, the breakfast supply and the possibility of using the shared garden are super abundant! Val D'Ossola is beautiful in all seasons and the town where Samantha's house is located is strategic both to move around the surrounding lakes and to visit the Valleys with the wonderful villages rich in history and authenticity. Thank you to Samantha and her family for your hospitality and availability throughout the stay!

Our short stay went very well. We were warmly welcomed by Silvia despite our very late arrival. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and quiet. No problem finding it. A big thank you to Silvia for hosting us and for her care for the children. I would recommend it.
