The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Make some memories at this unique and newly furnished place. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking is available. Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

And for a relaxing sleep, it has a sofa bed with a lake view.
