Great place for Long-Term Lease

This small apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building in the heart of Dusseldorf. My yoga school is located in the base of the house and included in the price is a free yoga class for my guests. My small apartment is the ideal location to get to know the city. This location is also particularly suitable as a trade fair platform because of the excellent connection. I teach yoga in the house and take care of all concerns also to my guests.

The word “luxury” says it all, and is very accurate! This apartment is full of very nice gadgets and appliances, is very clean and comfy, and in a safe and exciting part of town. I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone! Christian was an extremely pleasant and helpful host who offered mid-stay services and provided very detailed instructions for the use of all things found in the apartment. 6 stars if I could!

Anja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und mir wurde alles Wichtige zu den Geräten in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber – ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne dort unterkommen!

I can only recommend Stefan’s place. Everything was as described. Well equipped, communication easy and efficient. I especially liked the beautiful rooftop garden. The location can’t be beat in the center of the “Altstadt” and 100m from the Rhine. I enjoyed my stay.

Große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses, mit eigener Terrasse im Hof, Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof, Tiefgaragenstellplatz nur 3 Minuten um die Ecke (wichtig, weil einen Parkplatz zu finden hier schwierig ist), alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, Check-in einfach über Schlüsselbox. Nettes Wohnviertel in Rhein-Nähe und auch zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Für uns die perfekte Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Alina war bestens. Resümee: diese Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Die kleine Wohnung mit Terasse von Gianclaudio war wunderschön. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, wie beschrieben und kleine Naschereien und frische Handtücher gab es auch. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es in Düsseldorf sehr warm, aber in der Wohnung immer schön kühl. Trotz Lage in der Stadt, war es dort sehr ruhig. Mit der Straßenbahn kam man schnell überall hin und nah gelegen, gab es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Check-In lief perfekt und auch der Check-Out wurde einfach erläutert und konnte reibungslos stattfinden. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder und genießen die Auszeit aus dem Alltag , mitten in Düsseldorf :) Danke für Alles.
