Great place for Long-Term Lease

This small apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building in the heart of Dusseldorf. My yoga school is located in the base of the house and included in the price is a free yoga class for my guests. My small apartment is the ideal location to get to know the city. This location is also particularly suitable as a trade fair platform because of the excellent connection. I teach yoga in the house and take care of all concerns also to my guests.

Beautiful apartment with great location. From here you can easily reach Düsseldorf Hbf in 10 minutes with 704, Düsseldorf Airport in 20 minutes with S11. D- Messe is 26 minutes away with bus 722. Hofgarten, Shopping center is in walking distance. Groceries is within 5 minutes walking. Restaurants, bars are right in the corner. City tax of 3 Eur/person/night needs to be collected at the accommodation is not included in the listing price.

The word “luxury” says it all, and is very accurate! This apartment is full of very nice gadgets and appliances, is very clean and comfy, and in a safe and exciting part of town. I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone! Christian was an extremely pleasant and helpful host who offered mid-stay services and provided very detailed instructions for the use of all things found in the apartment. 6 stars if I could!

Anja is a very kind host. Communication was impeccable. Check-in was straightforward, and everything important about the appliances in the apartment was explained to me. The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean – I would love to stay there again anytime!

Large apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building, with its own terrace in the courtyard, bedroom facing the quiet courtyard, underground parking space just 3 minutes around the corner (important because finding a parking space here is difficult), everything you need for a stay, check-in easy via key box. Nice residential area near the Rhine and also close to the old town. The perfect location for us. The communication with Alina was excellent. Summary: this apartment is highly recommended!

If we were staying in Düsseldorf again, and we may, this is where we'd want to stay. Probably the best place we have stayed and we have stayed at a few. All amenities are top class. The space is amazing, the key components for us, bed, shower, cleanliness are all 5 star! Even the balcony is a treat at the end of the day to relax with a wine. It is in easy reach of the city centre as well as suburban shops, restaurants. Parks are everywhere.

The kitchen features a large wooden dining table surrounded by several chairs, offering a communal space. A variety of modern appliances are visible, including a refrigerator and a stove. Skylights bring natural light into the room, enhancing the fresh greenery above the table.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is really close to a metro station, so with a few minutes you are in the city. The place was lovely and very spacious, everything was clean. The fully equipt kitchen made it easy to cook some meals and feel even more at home.
