Monthly Rentals in Stadsgården, Tegelvikshamn

Had a wonderful stay at Uzi and Helena’s apartment. It was clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was impeccable. Very quiet too as you don’t hear the neighbours. The best neighbourhood to stay in Stockholm is Sodermalm and the apartment is in a quiet area of Sodermalm. Just off bus stop lines 2 and 53. Close to some nice restaurants and cafés. So perfect really. Also there is a Coop 50m away. Uzi is very reactive and gives clear instructions. Excellent communication. Bonus point for the lovely vintage lift :-)

This is a perfect place for a group of two or a couple to stay in Stockholm on a moderate budget. Bus stops are less than 300m from the apartment and a grocery store is right up the street. The host is very nice and was willing to let us check in as soon as possible on short notice due to our lack of preparation and communication. She also provides a lot of useful information on local spots like bars and restaurants etc. If you're looking for a place to stay and this spot caught your eye and you're fine with a fairly barebones place to stay, go for it, you won't regret it.

Hedvdvig and her team were always available and found solutions for all matters. I couldn't have imagined a better apartment for 6 weeks in Stockholm.

Location was very good, near public transportation. The apartment was small but just what you need for a two person stay, it was very cozy. Simon was an excellent host, exceptional communication and answered every question! Highly recommend. For the price, this was a hidden gem.
