The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up a meal and a dining room table to enjoy it. The living room has a big tv with plenty of room to stretch and enjoy. This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building.
