Beautiful clean studio that matches the description and photos well, with good value for money.

We spent a very pleasant week in Isabelle's house from where we were able to shine to discover the many must-sees of the region (Gorges de la Loire, Puy en Velay, Mont Mezenc, etc.). Isabelle is very friendly, considerate and helpful. The house is clear and spacious. As for the pool, it made our children happy.

Quiet place with comfy beds. Private parking. We only stayed a night so cannot comment on all the amenities. However, the spa room was spotless and we would have used it if we had stayed longer. A bottle for the adults and candies for the children were a nice touch. Recommend!

Very nice apartment. Thank you again for accepting our very late arrival. It felt good to arrive in this very clean and tidy apartment. There is everything you need. We rested well to hit the road again afterwards.

I spent 5 days with my husband in this apartment, very nice apartment, well-equipped too. I find it quite well located, within walking distance of many places such as the city center or shopping center. The only downside is that it's a very busy street and the accommodation is really where there's a lot of fast food which is very good because there's a large wide choice of snacks. And it's also a 5-minute walk to a Carrefour City. But it's quite noisy from 8 p.m. when you're in the room. But otherwise everything was great and the owner was very nice and responsive.

We had a pleasant weekend in the Houseboat. It's really an unusual place, where we're lulled by the small waves, and the boat owners are respectful. Alexandre was super responsive every time we had contact together. Note that you must follow the instructions that Alexandre provides in the videos. If you hear the sound of the pump, it's normal, you just have to draw a little water (or flush). We recommend this place 100%. Thanks again. I'll see you.

Our one-night stay went perfectly. The apartment is as described, renovated and furnished with great taste and care. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the apartment is bright. In short: perfect stay, I recommend it!
