Bruno es muy amable y está atento a responder las dudas que surjan. El lugar es bastante cómodo y agradable. Cuenta con muchos utensilios para cocinar. La ubicación es buena para desplazarse a diferentes lugares pero en Auto. Nos quedamos con el deseo de nadar un poco, pero la Piscina no estaba disponible por la temporada de frío y lluvia.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie über Weihnachten im Ferienhaus von Christian. Hat alles super geklappt. Das Stubaital ist toll, so viel zu unternehmen. Sei es Rodeln in Mieders und Fulpmes oder der Stubaier Gletscher mit Top of Tirol. Zudem ist Innsbruck mit den schönen Weihnachtsmärkten nicht weit. Ein Baumständer wurde für uns ebenfalls besorgt.

The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, das Haus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Für Familien ist die Lage super, man kann sehr viel unternehmen.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Frederico was very responsive and flexible to my work schedule, and the apartment was clean and in a nice location, would recommend!

Appartamento restaurato con tutti i confort, posizionato in zona tranquilla in un bel borghetto e nelle vicinanze del lago.

Allereerst is het uitzicht echt nog veel mooier dan op foto's is te zien! Daarnaast was de ruimte heel schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ideaal dat heel veel benodigdheden al aanwezig zijn! Het huis was wel wat lastig te vinden omdat de navigatie het huisnummer niet vond maar met instructies kwamen we er alsnog vrij snel. De weg naar het huis is wat smal en eng, maar dat is het uitzicht dubbel en dwars waard!

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

Wir haben ein wunderbares langes Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in Andreas gemütlicher Hütte verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt für uns geeignet, alles da, Betten super bequem und Andrea eine liebe Gastgeberin. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Schafstall, sehr zur Freude unserer Kinder, die auf alle Fälle wieder kommen wollen. Wir auch!

Wszystko było idealnie. Dom czysty, ciepły, bogato wyposażony. Olbrzymia przestrzeń dla dzieci. Okolica piękna i cicha. W pobliżu supermarket. Gospodarz w stałym kontakcie, odpowiada na pytania niezwłocznie, służy radą. Wyjazd bardzo udany

El alojamiento se encontraba en buen estado, limpio y acorde a lo publicado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y oportuna. La experiencia fue satisfactoria y se puede recomendar.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house and views are absolutely stunning, and the house itself is lovely. We went in the winter and therefore did not get to enjoy the tennis court, but it looked great. Federica is also a kind and thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!

The place is great. It is about 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to a very well equipped shop and about 10 min walk to the lake. The house has an incredible and big garden, it is very quiet and cozy, it is very clean and spacious, it has a wash disher and a washing machine, the beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need as well as 2 well equipped bathrooms. Our stay was awesome!
