A beautiful, quiet, spacious and clean respite offers two roomy bedrooms, living room with river view, two work desks, a full kitchen and full bath. Just 5 minutes from St. Lawrence University and Canton College and 20 minutes from Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam. Due to stairs we are regretful we cannot accommodate guests with mobility issues. We welcome diversity.

Welcome to Apt #2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstoner Park (which has a playground and a nice beach in the summer). Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, Clarkson, and Suny Potsdam. It has a double bed and a twin-sized bunk bed (sturdy enough for adults/attached to studs). The living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress in the chest. Weather permitting, access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and grill. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly.

Lynzie's place was easy to find and very cozy as soon as we walked in. It's a sweet studio style apartment. It had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Shower pressure was nice and strong. I left the price was fair for the size and we still got more than a hotel would have provided. Lynzie was very friendly and communicated quickly. She worked with us to have some flexibility with checking in. We will use this host again when we visit next time.

Nancy's place was one of the best Airbnbs we ever stayed at! It was clean, spacious, affordable, and located in a safe area. It's an easy drive to Potsdam and much more affordable than a hotel during graduation weekend. We would definitely stay here again! It was also pet friendly, but didn't smell like animals at all!

Jerry and Cindy were so gracious when I needed to adjust my reservation for my stay. I was coming up for a quick trip to conduct the area all state choir, and just needed two nights somewhere peaceful. It was 4 minutes from the high school and worked out amazing! It was so incredibly beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly the place I needed to crash from the busy rehearsal schedule. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the unit and the bed and couch were extra comfy! I highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Michele was lovely host. She was very responsive and proactive, but you didn’t have the sense that there was hovering from the owner. She even brought me a homemade gift after we made a connection. The space was beautiful and so was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Finally, the view from the porch overlooking the St. Lawrence river at sunset was magical. We will definitely be back.
