Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in St-Laurent-du-Var

Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

It was a very nice stay

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

We had a nice stay at Geoffroy's, the house matches the listing in all (quiet environment, not very far from the sea ). The house is comfortable, and clean. Very good parking. Geoffroy is friendly, welcoming, and punctual. We would recommend this listing.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

great apartment with a beautiful terrace. The bed is good, the kitchen is convenient. Beware of the big ones, the ceiling height is limited but not inconvenient for a normal person. Very well placed in the old Nice.

Great appartment in a good location

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Very well located and clean accommodation. Supermarket, restaurants, tram, everything is close by. Also, the view from the terrace is very pretty, I recommend it!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Apparently impeccable to feel right at home, we had a lovely weekend with sea views, Wendy was responsive with great communication.

We stayed at Eva's place to enjoy the three-day Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Eva on Friday night because we arrived late because of traffic jams. In any case, we were very satisfied with the accommodation offered (decoration, equipment) and the location (we had the car). I thank Eva for her message availability and address recommendations. We keep this address for a possible stay in Nice in summer to enjoy the pool and terrace.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the security of the building and the convenient private parking spot so close to the unit. The views were amazing. The apartment is clean and modern. Huge bathroom with a great shower. Well appointed kitchen with all the things that you need. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a little too soft for my lower back. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended! A++
