Vacation rentals with lake access in St Kilda

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

This was a beautiful place to stay with my girlfriends to enjoy a quiet few days. So many lovely touches throughout the space. The bath in the decking was heavenly. Thanks for having us.

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed at. So much thought and design has went into this home, didn’t realise places like this existed in Melbourne! We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Beautiful, family friendly house in a great location. Loved how walkable everything was (supermarkets, restaurants etc). My family loved the basketball court and how much space we all had. Hosts were very kind and had wonderful communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s cosy cottage. The place was incredibly peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Taylor was very easy to communicate with and always responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The place was amazingly situated, place was super clean and the amenities were very well maintained! Had a glitch for the 2 nights with the parking as someone else was parked in our allocated spot both nights and had to park on the street for one of the nights. Apart from that, the place is remarkable and amazingly well kept! Would definitely recommend!

Sarah’s place was awesome. The views were amazing. Location was perfect. We were able to walk or drive less than 15min to get to all the places we wanted to explore. I highly recommend.

Livio's place was nothing short of a haven for my stay. It's very walkable, with a tram stop that takes you to the heart of the city 2 minutes away. Southern Cross is also right there, about a 10 minute walk but makes for super easy check in if you're flying. Bed was super comfortable, and he'd left a few snack/ breakfast things available for me as well which made the morning after I landed really convenient. Will absolutely book here again next time I need something central Melbourne.

Fantastic place! Not only is it in a great location but the flat itself is very well thought out! Well stocked and very comfy. 3 floors up worth noting. Location is perfect, nestled nicely between Albert Park shops and the beach! We stayed 2 couples and a 4 y.o and it worked perfectly!

Not the first time at Louise's place and again, not at all disappointed. Louise again was extremely communicative and affable, very helpful and very flexible, even offering flexible checkout time (not required this time but appreciated). The place itself is very well located right in the middle of the best part of Fitzroy St and straight across from Albert Park. A ton of room and very well provisioned (even personal welcome note and gift from Louise). It has every amenity you could want and the location makes transport and shopping, along with entertainment (pubs, restaurants) an easy 5 min walk anywhere (including to very accessible CBD public transport). The provision of private parking this time made it even easier. All in all, again a gem of a place with a fantastic hostess. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back (again).

Siobhan’s place was perfect for our trip to Melbourne. Lovely, clean and convenient and Siobhan was a wonderful host - always available for any questions, very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you Siobhan for such a great experience :)

A wonderful apartment for my visit. Home from home for a week of work in Melbourne. Everything was just wonderful and very comfy bed. We didn't need to use the extra room but to have a second bedroom will be brilliant when I return with family. James was always so proactive in replying to any of our queries and the manual in the apartment helped. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lovely relief on hotter days. With a tram stop near the outside of the unit it was easy to travel all over and local shops a short walk away meant I got to enjoy using the well set up kitchen. Birdsong from Albert Park in the morning is a highlight as was the view across to the city skyline. Thank you James we will absolutely be back!!!!

Great place to stay. Jacqui gave comprehensive instructions that made check in and check out a breeze. Pictures accurately represented the property. Lots of lovely touches such as providing snacks, breakfast items and some basic cooking ingredients. Kitchen had everything needed. Clean. Jacqui also gave lots of great recommendations for the local area both sightseeing and places to eat. Good value accommodation which suited my needs.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

Thanks Jude and Bill, I had a great stay in Ocean Grove for a couple of nights. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Did not expect the provided food and bits for the beach, a lovely touch.

What a gem of a place to find in Drysdale! Such a relaxing and quiet venue away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The view is amazing, along with the walkable routes you can take around the property with Cesar, the resident tour guide farm dog! My kids (9 &7) loved every day here exploring and ‘helping’ with the farm animals at feed time along with just getting them back into nature activities & letting them roam around making their own fun up! Accomodation was great, could not fault it at all. If you just want a nice relaxing getaway that is only 10mins away from town, look no further.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming cottage. The property was exactly as described in the listing—adorable. The location was perfect! I loved walking to the city and exploring the local markets without the hassle of parking. Everything I needed was just a few minutes away, which made my stay so convenient and enjoyable. The cottage was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would book this place again for a city staycation. Highly recommended!🐾

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
