Vacation rentals with beach access in St Kilda

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. Easy choice for a few days stay in Melbourne. Host was helpful in answering our queries and helped me out on a few occasion. Not the most modern looking accoms but it’s true to picture and we had no complaints about it. Free parking js only available for one car.

Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

Louise’s apartment was just perfect! Cosy and full of charm. We felt so at home. The apartment was perfectly set up and had everything we could possibly need. The location was great with trams, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and Albert Park all out the front door. Louise is a fabulous host! She was so helpful and made our stay seamless. She even left lovely birthday surprises for the girls. Highly recommend!

Myself and two friends stayed at Katie’s for the weekend while we were doing The Bloody Long Walk. It was so nice to have a comfortable haven to stay in after a 35km walk!! Katie’s place is in a great spot with close access to local restaurants, the beach and shopping. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

First of all, this place is one of best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Melbourne and I use a new airbnb every month for work. Way better than the photos. Furthermore, Jon is an incredible host, we accidentally left our phone in the airbnb two hours before our flight and he left a function to come and help us. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you Jon! A well located stay for easy travel to many eastern and inner city areas. Train station, excellent coffee shop and many restaurants , 711, chemist etc at 2-5min walk. Greatly equiped Air BnB with all you’ll need.

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

Was such a great stay, amazing restaurant the street behind and near by public transport. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Monique was very helpful and organised before we checked in. Thanks Monique, would definitely recommend and would book again!!!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Nicola was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The apartment is gorgeous and we felt like we were at home the second we got there. Had a slight issue beyond her control and was so responsive and helpful! Couldn’t recommend it more, near lovely bars, shops, albert park, everything.
