Relax on this peaceful all sports lake in southern MI. The lake has abundant fishing opportunities with numerous pan-fish and pike. Just a few minutes to Sturgis Mi, for shopping and many restaurants. The Mexican restaurants in the area are some of the best. Just a little over 2 hrs to Detroit and 2.5 hrs to Chicago, only 40 minutes to Shipshewana In, the heart of Amish county. Close to some great biking trails. There are 4 kayaks for your use during your stay 3 singles & 1 double.

On the main floor is an open kitchen/living area that's filled with natural light, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom, and another half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin over full bunks in both rooms, a full bathroom, and an open loft with a sitting area.

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
