Vacation rentals with a fireplace in St-Genis-Laval

The neighborhood is very quiet. The proximity of the neighbors (who share the garden) does not bother you. These are elderly people. The accommodation is nice. The living room/kitchen is beautiful, clean, well-equipped. You can eat on the small terrace at the top of the stairs with a beautiful view of the Monts du Lyonnais. Despite the heat, the main room remains cool. The rooms are comfortable, quality mattresses and a very large bed! The only downside, the toilets are too small!

This is my second stay. Rachida is a welcoming and caring host as always!!! I highly recommend the house!!! Great stay!!!!!

Beautiful house, spacious and with separate sleeping areas to respect everyone's sleep, well equipped. Absolutely superb park, nice pool with summer kitchen, delicious terrace for lunches and dinners. Good quality bedding and plenty of bathrooms. A beautiful place in a beautiful environment to spend time when there are many of you. We felt very good there to be together at the table or to get away from the group for a while. Stephanie was helpful and responsive, she made our check-in easy.

First experience for me on the app, Pascale was responsive by message and for the organization! His property is in a great location, clean and we were able to arrange without any problems for the check-in and check-out times. Anyway, I recommend it 100%

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a pleasant stay. Very functional accommodation with a lot of kitchen equipment and consistent with the photos, tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet. I would 100% recommend!

Great stay at Stéphane's! It feels like home. The environment was super nice, quiet in the countryside but still super close to Lyon (only 25/30 minutes). Stéphane is very flexible for the handover of the keys too, which is worth noting. Thanks again for this short stay at your place, all the guests enjoyed it and my sister loved her EVJF weekend :)

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

very quick stay with self check-in at 2 a.m.! but thanks to Bertrand's instructions, serene arrival! everything was ready when we arrived, which allowed us to fall asleep peacefully and quickly! ideal location of the accommodation!

Super apartment with good access to both the main railway station and Lyon town centre. Plenty of supermarkets and boulangers close by. Very clean and roomy.

The apartment is small and very cleverly divided. It exudes a dynamic, optimistic atmosphere. The furnishings are generous and allow real living with cooking and washing for 4 people. The description is completely fulfilled. Isabelle responded to all emails immediately, friendly and factual. Unfortunately, her explanation of the entry codes was not fully translated. Finding Isabelle's original information on the app was very tedious. A weakness in Airbnb's communication, very unfortunate.

Marc apartment is perfect. He is very responsive and willing to help at anytime. Very thoughtful milk, rusks, orange juice, sparkling mineral water, biscuits and coffee pods for our use. Marc also generously offered his car parking space. Location is in a good neighbourhood, about a 15-20 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable apartment with everything you'll need. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay in Lyon.

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

I booked on behalf of a group of family and friends staying for a weekend. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I dealt with Gregory who was always extremely responsive with questions before booking as well prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Gregory was a delight to deal with and gave a very comprehensive tour of the villa showing us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The pool and sunbeds was a real highlight for us. The entire outdoor area of the property has areas of both shade and sunshine all day long and is well equipped with furniture to enjoy it! We would highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a relaxing break.

This home was perfect for a large family to stay and relax after a hectic (but fun) 5 days in Paris. I didn’t think it was possible for the home to match or exceed the beautiful photos posted on the site, but it sure did! The home was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, except the pool, because the weather was a little too cool for us. 😊 Check in and out was straightforward and we felt safe, secure and very private. The boulangier at the end of the road was delicious and we tried just about everything over the course of our stay! The lake was beautiful and my wife and I really enjoyed the main bedroom’s bathtub each evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family or group to spread out in, then this is the place for you! I promise, you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there are several bathrooms, everything was clean and functional. The garden is very well maintained. The house is located in a quiet subdivision, about fifteen minutes walk from the metro line to the center of Lyon (about 15/20 minutes). If you come by car, there is ample space to park 2 cars in the property. We also enjoyed the market in Oullins on Saturdays as well as the few food shops within walking distance or more easily by car. Communication with the hosts was smooth and very respectful. In short, it was perfect, and we hope to come back!:)

We had a great stay with my in-laws at the home of Marie-Hélène and Gilles. The listing perfectly matches the accommodation, the house is in a very quiet environment which is much appreciated. The whole space was clean and the little touches made our week all the more enjoyable.
