April was a huge help to us . The place was very clean . It was in a good location for where I needed to be for the weekend . We enjoyed our stay .

This place matched the description perfectly! My son and I attended for a baseball tournament and we cooked at the house. The kitchen was stocked very well with cooking utensils and pots/pans. A very nice place.

The Carriage House was just as seen in the photos, absolutely wonderful! All the amenities you could need, lovely outdoor space, and such a great location! We loved the house, the chickens, the fresh eggs! Lena was very responsive and had everything set up so beautifully. We loved our time at the carriage for the weekend! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The bed sheets were super soft, and the host had every thing you could possibly think of. The kitchen was extremely stocked, and there were plenty of toiletries to choose from. We loved watching the chickens in the yard through the window, and the host's dog was super sweet. We will be telling all of our friends and family about this hidden gem, and we can't wait to come back!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! The house is stunning and was so peaceful and quiet even in the middle of town. The attention to detail really made this house special. Bed was so comfortable! Bathrooms were well stocked and the towel warmer was a nice with the chilly weather we had. Jennifer was so sweet and on top of everything. Will be staying here again if we get to come back.

Sarah was an incredible host! Super friendly and very responsive. The house was perfect for a low key bachelorette trip with a few girls. We had 7 girls, one had to sleep on the couch, and it got a tad humid upstairs even with the fan, but other than that it was exactly what we needed! No complaints! Very spacious house so it really wasn’t an issue. We all agreed we couldn’t have asked for a better spot or weekend. The rules were all very fair and clean up was a breeze. Check in and check out was beyond easy. Finding the house was super easy. The area is very pretty and peaceful, much like a hallmark town! We loved using the patio with the fire pit. We even walked to dinner one night! We loved this little town and house so much. Thank you for having us and leaving strawberry cupcakes and fun sized wine bottles! Would absolutely come back.

The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to local spots. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway or a quiet work-from-home change of scenery. We especially appreciated the little extras like the quality linens, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing outdoor space. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for comfort, charm, and a place with character — this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was central to 3 state parks and a Nature Area, all of which kept us busy for our 3 night stay. The home was supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed here last minute for a family funeral and had a great experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the space was clean, and the location was perfect—surrounded by great coffee, ice cream, and even a bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Kevin and Ashley were so nice and made themselves very accessible. I was in town for my son's wedding and I need an ample kitchen to prepare food for the reception. This is one of the main reasons I chose this property and it did not disappoint. It was everything that the pictures and descriptions indicate. The bed was roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend the property.

This was the perfect place for my stay in Park Hills! I was able to visit with my family during the day and come "home" to get a good nights sleep!
