Vacation rentals with a patio in St. Charles Parish

This place was amazing! It looked just as the pictures. He was very responsive. It was close to everything.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Logement agréable plus grand que ce qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Tout le nécessaire fourni est au delà de ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Nicole nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a été très prévenante et flexible. Tout peut quasiment se faire à pieds sinon il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m. Nous recommandons Nicole et son beau logement !

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

Natalie's place is a great location with an easy walk to Canal Street with lots of restaurants, shops, hotels and easy access to the trolleys. A major plus, the French Quarter is an easy walk and just a few blocks away. We felt safe walking to and from the condo and to all the tourist areas. The condo may not look great from the outside, but the location makes all the difference. Great views from the top of the building where the pool is located. Parking across the street from the building was the best recommendation given, they have security and is well lit. The sofa sleeper was as expected, those are usually not very comfortable, so we took our own blankets for additional padding.

Beautiful stay! We were very surprised by the quality of everything. The attention to detail was amazing and the host was extremely nice and helpful. They are very educated on the area!! Would definitely stay here again!!

First I'd like to offer a special thanks to Brenna and Nick for accommodating our request to check-in early. They are very responsive and kind hosts. The home was just as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was excellent, in a very picturesque part of NOLA, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again during our next visit to NOLA.

We stayed for 4 nights in April and loved our stay. Very short walk to Magazine street in the garden district. You are right there in the heart of it all. We walked every day to restaurants and shops. The free parking on the street was a huge bonus. We could park right outside our door. Easy to uber or Lyft to the French quarter or downtown and cheaper too than paying for parking in those areas. You can also pick up the Hop on Hop Off bus on Magazine street for a tour of New Orleans. The apartment is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay there again for a return trip.

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy Des Allemands home! The host was proactive and great with communication, the place was clean, and it was a peaceful surrounding. The pond was beautiful too!

The host was attentive to our needs and described the unit perfectly. The sweet/clean aroma in the unit was undeniable.

Our second stay here - great for a large family group. We just needed to make a quick trip to nearby stores to stock up on a few essentials, like dish supplies. Very convenient location and quick response to our questions.

Mrs Wendy and Mr Glenn are great host who are very quick to respond to you with any issue or question you have. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place to stay.

First of all, Carlton was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or area. Very warm and inviting. 10/10 As for the home, it was great as well. Very spacious and clean. Both were big bonuses for four guys traveling for work. The kitchen had everything we needed to not have to go out to eat every night. The grill on the patio was a huge plus. The backyard was private and great for enjoying the evenings. Best part is on the other side of the back fence was a golf course. Big win. Located in a nice/safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice house with new everything. The check in was very easy. Cory was a very responsive host. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend staying at Corey's house. We would definitely stay again. All around top notch home.

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

Everything was close by. 8-10 minutes in every uber. House was very clean.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here the place was as described nice and clean. The host offered extra linens and covers I just loved everything about the place! They offer a pool & gym on site we didn’t have to drive far for anything & it was a quiet neighborhood

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

Loved the stay. I was so happy the listing matched the description and photo’s it was beautiful and clean. David answered all my questions and in a timely manner .I was able to park in front which was free so that was an added bonus for me lol . The balcony was so peaceful at night for me to sit out and read . Would look forward to coming back if i ever need a airbnb in the city again. I would definitely recommend.

One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!
