Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The Cubby is a self contained studio room with a simple kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It is located a short walk from the centre of Ventnor with Ventnor beach and Steephill Cove both nearby. It has it's own private entrance with driveway parking directly outside allowing guests to come and go as they please. Other facilities include Wifi and an internet-only TV with Netflix and Prime. A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

The Hikers' Hut at Highcliff, is a magical timber hut with stunning sea views over the east coast of the Isle of Wight. Situated on the cliff edge 100m above the shoreline between Shanklin and Ventnor, the famous Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate. The Hut borders a National Trust field and is a perfect cabin for hikers, bird watchers, beach goers and nature lovers. Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!
