Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

The Farmhouse

Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Penn State University and Beaver Stadium, it’s the ideal retreat for game days, weekend getaways, or simply unwinding in a serene atmosphere.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Spruce Creek Suite, private, charming, near PSU

The Spruce Creek Suite is a newly renovated private suite located in the center of a quiet country town. This 2-bedroom space is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and private fenced-in patio. Beautiful views of Rothrock State Forest; the house is just minutes from biking & hiking trails, world-class fishing, and State Game lands. 23 miles from Beaver Stadium, it is the perfect getaway for PSU visitors wishing to get away from the hectic State College scene.

Enjoy balcony views of the Juniata River and the neighboring two parks while being within walking distance to everything downtown. 553 sq. ft. of space, laundry facilities, full kitchen, outdoor charcoal grill, and even tubes for the river make this space perfect for extended stays. Fishermen and kayakers will love the close access to the river. Just a 10 minute walk to the Amtrak station, restaurants, and groceries. This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator.

We Are Home/Near Penn State/Warriors Mark

Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house located in the charming village of Warriors Mark, Pennsylvania. Our home is the perfect lodging for anyone attending local wedding venues, such as Gillbrook Farms, which is only half a mile away. Additionally, as alumni, employees, and PSU parents, we are thrilled to open our doors to guests visiting Penn State University for football games, move in/out weekends, or graduation ceremonies. No extra cleaning fees!

Spruce Creek Cottage

Come relax along Spruce Creek. We have a fire pit where you can sit along the creek and watch for bald eagles along with a walking path that follows the creek. The creek beside the property is unfortunately club owned so you can't fish there. Although if you drive 2 miles and you can fish the famous Spruce Creek at a public fishing spot. The Juniata River is also close by and has great fishing. It's only about a 30 minute drive to State College and all Penn State events.

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Log House On Main

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. We are located in the heart of the best fly fishing in the area. Parking is a shared lot with the Spruce Creek Tavern for easy dining needs. An easy 20 minute commute to State College makes it convenient for attending PSU football among many other events and activities. The space offers 2 bedrooms, housing 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed along with a pull out Queen sofa, 1 bathroom and a dining and kitchenette area.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower
