Monthly Rentals in Springfield

Our stay at this property was lovely. I was hesitant to book a place with concrete floors during the winter, but turns out the floors have radiant heat! We stayed warm and cozy our entire visit- even turned off the space heaters as the radiant heat was plenty to keep the space warm. The home had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, linens, etc to fit our needs for the week. Our dog also had a good stay, and we all enjoyed how walkable the town was. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay at this home!

This place was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and so was the rest of the home with extra blankets and sheets. Getting inside was easy and so was checking out. Very very pleased with our stay!!

This was our 2nd stay here. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. Given the 8 inch snowstorm on Thanksgiving, we were thankful for the use of a 2-car garage. The large home comfortably accomdates my Dad, my wife and me, our three sons, and their families. We use the home as a place to sleep, spending two days at my nearby sister's home. She hosts the family Thanksgiving celebration with over 35 guests from 5 different States. It is crazy fun but we were thankful to have a quiet home to return to in the evening!

The studio was so cute and cozy! Very clean and updated too. The property was beautiful and we would love to go back when the weather is nicer. I can just imagine sitting on the patio listening to the sounds of the creek that run right next to the house. We will definitely recommend the studio to anyone that we know who is traveling to the area!
