Monthly Rentals in Springbrook

We loved our stay in Bellevue. The home was very clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was great within walking distance of the Mississippi, lock and dam #12, downtown shops, and restaurants. Railroad tracks run right in front of the house and trains did come through, but no loud whistles/horns. If you're a light sleeper, you might hear the low rumble at night when the train comes through, but Kathy does provide a white noise machine and fans that help. The home was perfect for our stay and was close to hiking and biking trails, which is what we love to do.

We came to sleep! The train was expected. It woke me up but I wasn’t surprised. Comfortable beds. Me and the kids loved walking to the lock and dam to watch the action! Also the one block walk to be on the Mississippi’s edge was nice. The kids skipped rocks. Game shelf and cards were played with (no regular deck that we found only pinochle deck). Every thing was as described.

This little gem is tucked away with a beautiful view of the Apple river, but still close to everything the area has to offer. Part of our reason for this vacation was to visit antique shops, and we were so inspired and comfortable here! After busy days of shopping and sightseeing, this quiet and cozy apartment was the perfect place to unwind. Plus, the hosts thought of everything and had extras on hand in case there was anything we had forgotten or needed in a pinch. This may be where time stands still, but you shouldn’t — you should book it today!

Your place was so Retro!! We loved it !! Needs a fire pit and more outside backyard chairs. We really enjoyed the town and loved the view of the Mississippi River. The park across the street was amazing!!! We had the other guests from the other unit walk into our unit 2 times while we were there.
