Vacation rentals with a patio in Spring Lake

I loved staying at this gem of a studio! It was perfect for my needs. It was comfortable, quiet, spotless and perfect location. Look forward to staying again!

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Location, location, location. Just a short two block walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was so nice to be able to hop out of bed, throw on the clothes and catch a sunrise ovr the Atlantic. Walked to the Stone Pony for a show 1st night there was incredible. The front porch is a relaxing spot for a cup of coffee, and mapping out the day.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

The house was very nicely decorated and really light beachy look. We enjoyed our stay and 3 tvs available and loved the glassed in porch nice place to read.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Great stay! Great for group.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience from the time we booked until the time we left. We picked The Catherine at Bradley for many reasons- Guest favorite Ratings/reviews Cancellation policy Location Cleanliness Washer/dryer Parking No disappointments and Dave, the host, is so accommodating. If we return to Bradley Beach we will book again, no hesitation.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.
