We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!

Loved staying here . The place was very clean had towels ,coffee pods and other misc items you may need on your travel which was very helpful. There was also a washer and dryer . He was very helpful with check in and out as well .

A fews late posting .This was my first time using a a Airbnb i was a little nervous but this is everything that Erik says it is. pictures are accurate and so much more it is 10 mins from downtown perfect location easy to find. Erik was a great host there was a small issue prior to are arrival that Erik made us aware of which never impacted are stay a bit but he felt the need to Compensated us for which I don’t believe he needed to but were thankful for Erik is a incredible host place had everything one would need and if forget something I’m sure he has it for u I highly recommend Erik and his place would 100% stay at his place again thank u again Erik for being a great host

Don’s place was in a very convenient central location to everything. Although not much is walkable, it was a $12 Uber to Broadway and we visited tons of shops all within a 15 minute drive (with traffic). Restaurants were with in minutes (less than 10) as well. The place was clean and looks exactly like what is pictured on the website. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future! Thanks Don for your hospitality!!!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as shown in the pictures. We didn't realize how many stairs there would be, but overall, it was a fantastic place to stay with plenty of space. We had a girls' trip with six people, and it was so convenient that every room had its own bathroom. The host was incredibly accommodating, even bringing us an umbrella when we asked if one was available. The fees for early check-in and late check-out were reasonable, and the host was flexible. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit again!

Dango’s listing is exactly as described and an incredibly comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here with a small group of friends or family. We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.
