Tara’s place was super relaxing! Everything was clean and beautiful, I will definitely be back. Tara was wonderful and responded quickly to my questions, a super host indeed.

Andrew was a great host. The place was very clean and spotless. He answered very quickly when messaging. We took a weekend trip down and this was a great place for the stay. You also can’t beat the price. Thank you, Andrew!

Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

We loved our stay! The whole home was so nice and cozy, but the screened in porch was definitely our favorite place to hang out! It was so cozy and the fans kept it pretty cool, even in the hot afternoons. Karen was hospitable and proactive in reaching out for any needs we may have! We would love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Great place for a stop over for my family on a long road trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Nicole’s place! The place had everything we needed and was about a 20-30 minute walk to Shelby park which we ran around on a few days and it was about 30-40 minutes walk from downtown which was easy to get to and from.

We had a great day at Jim’s place. It had all kinds of nice amenities to make us feel at home. Had a nice visit with Jim and he gave us many recommendations and ideas about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend staying here as I hope to come back.

Amazing stay! Location and property are hard to beat. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and were able to accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated as we were traveling with dogs. Cant wait to come back! By far our favorite place to stay in Nashville!!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable and loved the river view. Location was good and very walkable to downtown. Also some great dinning options in the neighborhood.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

The spot was perfect for us - everything we needed and more. The keypad was very easy to use (they aren't all that way), and the unit was private and quiet. Their communication was always quick and concise, and we had everything we needed. The bed was heavenly, especially after a long travel day. And, most importantl to me for Nashville, the fan (one of the largest I've seen) and air conditioning worked very well.

We were in town for 2 days on a work trip, and this place fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and comfortable. Dylan has great communication and is very responsive. 100% will stay here again if I find myself back in this area.

Jasmine is an excellent host with great communication. Her place is extremely nice and clean. It was the perfect place for what I needed. Mr only complaint is that if you are coming in the dark, it is a little hard to find. Regardless, an amazing place and I would stay here again.

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

Sandie's place was such a gem! Cozy, well-stocked, and nestled in nature but still close enough to everything you need. Driving to the area, you can't help but take in the stunning land and scenery. Peaceful, private, and super safe. If you're visiting middle Tennessee, this spot's a hidden treasure. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved staying at Gratidude ranch! So fun, peaceful, and beautiful. Super comfy bed and lots to eat and do within a short drive! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you guys for such a special time 💗🙏

Great little cottage in the woods. Clean, had all the necessities plus more, dog friendly, you name it. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. And the porch… that was our favorite part.

This was our second stay. We were in Shelbyville for our son's surgery. The location is within 10 minutes of the hospital. Travis and Lindsey are great hosts. Very responsive. The tiny home is exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and was very clean.
