Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Beautiful house super close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to Nashville. Modern amenities and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Perfect location for old gals overnight to Leipers Fork. The house is spotless with comfy furnishings, linens, etc. Hosts were responsive prior to visit with our few questions and all was above expectations! Peaceful surroundings and awesome firepit if you enjoy the outdoors. Close to Foxe and Locke and Leipers Fork Distillery. Thanks Keith !!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Wonderful time, kids loved the play area, it was a beautiful drive, and we loved the setup. The host was lovely and we felt very comfortable there. We would recommend this place to others!

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. It was great. My wife and I enjoyed the bed so much that we would like to know that make and model.

Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

This place is awesome. My only wish was we had more time here. In town for a HS baseball tournament and the team was staying at a house near by. Late check in early check out. Its rustic, but clean and has everytrhing you need. Cool decorations, and some neat history and quotes on the walls. Shower and bathroom were great, kitchen has what you need, including a little coffee bar. Stuart suggested returning with some more time to just sit on the front porch and listen. Thats great advice. I really hope to do that soon. If you are traveling to Nashville or surrounding areas that are busy, do yourself a favor and plan a few nights here and relax a little.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

I had some trouble with the key lock box and Mark & Amanda were able to respond right away. I did not end up needing their assistance after all, but just knowing they were able to respond so quickly was wonderful

Tranquility and solitude were exactly what I needed and this was the perfect place! Clean, tidy and updated, yet cozy, comfortable and rustic. I really appreciated ease of heat and air conditioning. I loved my view of the cows grazing and the geese on the lake! I hope to go back.

I have stayed at the cabin at Penuel Ridge multiple times and I've always enjoyed my time there. It offers me solitude and peaceful surroundings. The Well (on the property) is a great place to do yoga, meditate, or just be still. The only disappointment is that I wish I had stayed a few more days.
