Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sprimont

We were more than happy with this wonderful accommodation. The heated pool and hot tub, an ingeniously equipped kitchen, the extremely cool game room with pinball, darts & co. All rooms have very comfortable beds and it was super clean. The parking spaces in front of the door were also very convenient. Pierre always responded quickly and we were even allowed to stay in the house longer on the day of departure! In the area you can do great hikes that start right at the house. We can warmly recommend the house. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Great house right at the heart of the Ardennes. Everything seems brand new and all rooms are nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the seating area in the garden!

Very nice and modern design house with large windows and views of the countryside (and two cute donkeys) from the living room and the large terrace. Everything is bright, friendly, chic and functionally furnished. Everything you need. It makes you feel right at home. Ideal starting point for exploring the Ardennes.

We have enjoyed this vacation home. Such a perfect house with a personal touch where everything has been thought of in a location that only makes you quiet. Each window is a painting of the surroundings. Fantastic is the projector and screen. We had a wonderful time watching Netflix in the evening. Will soon be switching from cinema here to TV at home🥴. In addition, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity, including the Ravel route that runs almost along the house. Hanna is a very involved host who gives you a very welcome feeling. Furthermore, the vacation home is absolutely recommended.

Would highly recommend! Had a lovely stay - the home is beautiful and spacious and the garden is lovely, green and peaceful, in very nice surroundings. An excellent getaway and the hosts were very responsive and friendly :)

We had a wonderful stay in Awenne , a beautiful area with numerous walks nearby. We were warmly welcomed and had a pleasant stay in the house. The spacious garden and the sunny terrace is an absolute added value.

Wonderful place and great, super attentive and accommodating hosts. I stayed here for over two months, needing peace and quiet but also tools for work and this cozy little studio had it all! This is the perfect place to for a long term stay, away from distractions but close enough to a major train station for traveling. What a great great great place.

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

A super Apartment and a very friendly host. Everything was very school and it smelled nice everywhere. Rituals products were very nice, as were the bathrobes (a little too small:) and the kitchen items. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (although I would have preferred it in the large bedroom and for 2 people we would have been more cozy). Bottle of bubbles on arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa is very nice and there were candles everywhere so it was very cozy in the evening.

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated, with bedding worthy of the most beautiful lazy mornings and an ultra comfortable king size bed (be careful, high risk of not wanting to leave it😄). The small terrace is a real plus, perfect for a quiet moment between two urban adventures. The location is great: super well connected by transport and ideal for enjoying the nightlife without ending up on an expedition. And what about Luna? She is very attentive, ultra responsive and willing to do anything to make the stay perfect. Thank you again, Luna, for your availability and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

We were very pleased with the apartment. You can reach everything on foot in the city and yet the apartment is in a quiet location. The furnishings of the apartment are good and it is very chic. We find the apartment too cramped for six people - especially since the bathroom is at the end of one of the bedrooms. All in all great and we would come back :)

Pierre was a very hospitable host only to happy to. help in any way. The ABNB was superb, immaculate and extremely comfortable. I would love to come back in the future.

This is the perfect stay for a quick trip to Liège. It is super close to the train station and the main tram line so you can get around easily. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure. Lara was very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed! Such a lovely place to stay!

Thank you very much for your big heart and really nice time in your apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night, and despite this we received help with parking the car, Catherine took a parking space for us. The apartment was clean, cozy, Catherine also left for us delicious fresh bread for breakfast every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped. Additionaly we had our bikes with us for lbl chalange and another important thing was to store the bikes inside the house which wasn’t a problem. We had great time and I hope to see You again Catherine.

Christa is a friendly, neat and social hostess. we were very warmly received by her and received clear explanations about the area Christa even went to get us another coffee maker. We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!
